Let’s come to try a taste of Phuket local food together. Today we visit loba shop near Maeyanang shrine. The restaurant open daily from 8.30 am – 3 pm and close on Buddhist Holy Day. It is now a 30-year-old shop, and very popular so please come early at 10 am or 11 am, it is a perfect time. “Loba” is one of the most famous local food in Phuket all is from head, ears, tongue and entrails of pigs stewed in chinese five spice and soy sauce eat with a tamarind-chili dipping sauce.
