เมื่อวันที่ 31 ตุลาคม 2563 คุณณัฏฐกัญญา แสงโพธิ์ กงสุลกิตติมศักดิ์สหรัฐเม็กซิโก ประจำจังหวัดภูเก็ต ประธานคณะกรรมการพาราไดซ์กรุ๊ป และรองนายกสภากาชาดจังหวัดภูเก็ต พร้อมด้วยพุทธศาสนิกชนในอำเภอถลางและบริเวณใกล้เคียง ได้ร่วมกันทอดกฐิน ณ วัดพระทองจังหวัดภูเก็ต โดยมียอดเงินกฐินทั้งสิ้น 2,103,003.75 บาท

On 31st October 2020 Khun Natthakanya Saengpho, Honorary Consul of Mexico to Phuket, Chairman of the Board Paradise Group and Vice President of the Phuket Red Cross and Thai Buddhist participated in Kathin Ceremony at Wat Phra Thong, Phuket. A donation is 2,103,003.75 baht.
Kathin or Kathina is a Buddhist festival which comes at the end of Vassa (the three-month rainy season retreat). Kathin will be held after the full moon of the eleventh month in the Lunar calendar, about one month long. It is a time of giving, bring donations to temples.
