Thursday December 4th 2014 saw Iniala Beach House hold a special press outing to celebrate the official one year anniversary and grand re-opening of its signature restaurant Aziamendi. In commemoration of the event, 3 Michelin Star Chef Eneko Atxa took time away from his flagship restaurant Azurmendi in Bilbao, Spain and was atIniala/Aziamendi along with Chef de Cuisine Alex Burger and the Aziamendi team. Iniala’s visionary founder Mark Weingard was also present at the event.
